Music Tools Now exists to remove the setup that often gets between a beginner and a useful five minutes of music.
Our approach
Music learning software can become complicated quickly. We begin with focused tools that do one recognisable job: play a note, make a beat, keep time, measure tempo or explain a chord.
The first release is account-free and browser-based. Important instructions are readable without running JavaScript, while audio interactions use the native Web Audio API for a smaller download and direct timing control.
We write for beginners without making the experience childish. Clear language, large controls, keyboard access and visible feedback help students, teachers, creators and curious visitors use the same pages.
